TRANSIT MIXER

PTM Series introduces by KHODIYAR INFRATECH, for India & Overseas, indigenously developed Transit Mixer. The Transit Mixer is a very resourceful product of KHODIYAR INFRATECH Process Technologies; the mixer can produce concrete with various capacities 2 m3, 4 m3 & 6m3 capacity.

KHODIYAR INFRATECH Transit Mixer is a strong well designed piece of equipment meant for transporting concrete / mortar from concrete batching plant directly to the place where it is to be poured. It has a wide range of application especially for mass concreting works like Construction of Canals, Bridges, Highways, Dams, Multistoried & Industrial Buildings, Factories, and Airports and for ready mixed Concrete Works (RMC).

KHODIYAR INFRATECH Transit Mixer is fully hydrostatic mounted on truck chassis. Hydrostatic power is transmitted by a high pressure axial piston type pump and motor, which permits infinite varying drum speed from 0 to 14 rpm in both directions. The control of pump gives flow to a high pressure hydraulic motor, which rotates the mixer drum through an epicyclic gear reducer. The mixer drum has double spiral type mixing blade inside it which ensures efficient mixing without segregation & smooth flow of concrete while discharging. The mixer drum & spiral are made from highly durable steel.

·        Long life of mixing drum & spirals due to highly durable steel.

DENSE PHASE SYSTEM

Theory ::
 Dense Phase Pressure Conveying Systems generally use compressed air at above 1 Bar g to push materials from a Pressure Vessel   (also known as a sender unit or pressure pot) through a pipeline to the destination where the air and product are separated by a filter or   other system. The product extrudes through the pipeline, initially at low velocity, and gradually accelerating towards the destination.

>>  Systems generally operate on a batch basis as follows: (simplified) <<
                Fill the sender unit with product to be conveyed.
                Pressurize with compressed air
                Open discharge valve until the product has been conveyed out.
                Close discharge valve and refill vessel.

A panel of valves and sensors are used to control the air pressures and velocities at all parts of the system to ensure smooth reliable conveying of the product.

Applications ::
Dense Phase Pressure Conveying Systems are particularly suitable for systems, which convey materials at high capacities over long   distances, to multiple destinations. Most systems include several air control valves and the high pressure compressed air supply is   able to overcome the pressure drop generated by the most difficult materials, while also providing controlled conveying for friable   materials. The lower convey velocities also extend the service life for systems conveying abrasive materials.

Convey Rates :
High, up to 100 tonnes/hr or higher
Convey Velocities:
Low, 1-10 m/s
Convey Distances:
High, up to 500m or longer
Air Mover :
Compressor (Screw, rotary, reciprocating)
Operating Pressure:
Up to 8 Bar g

Material/Air Ratios:
high, up to 150 kg/kg
Note All values approximate, refer Nu-Con for advice about how to convey your product.

Options ::
To optimise the system various techniques are used to reduce compressed air consumption and cost, and additional options for specialised applications are available:

                Air injectors to fluidise materials to reduce friction
                Pulsed air injection to break up the product flow into discrete slugs
                Line Boosters to assist conveying along convey route
                Vibration to loosen cohesive powders prior to conveying
                Twin vessels to provide continuous conveying
                In-Line sifting, sampling, delumping, metal detection and magnetic separation systems
                Stepped convey lines to reduce terminal velocities, abrasion and degradation
                Stainless Steel construction for sanitation or corrosion resistance
                Demountable and polished designs to USDA 3A standards for ease of cleaning

LIGHT WEIGHT CONCRETE BLOCK MACHINE

Khodiyar Infratech concrete is cast in densities form 20 to 120 pcf for insulation, semi-structural, and geotechnical applications. Khodiyar Infratech concrete is produced by adding Khodiyar Infratech expansion material to a properly designed cementitious mixture.

Khodiyar Infratech floor fills are cast over wood subfloors and precast concrete. They provide sound conditioning and improved fire resistance for new construction and are excellent for floor leveling in building renovation.
LIGHT WEIGHT CONCRETE BLOCK MACHINE

Khodiyar Infratech roof decks are cast over galvanized steel decking (corrugated or fluted),  precast or cast-in-place concrete, and wood. They provide positive drainage, thermal insulation, fire-resistance, seismic values, and a solid base for the built-up or single-ply roofing membranes applied over the deck for waterproofing.

Khodiyar Infratech is cast in-situ as an alternative to a standard geotechnical application. Khodiyar Infratech EF is a low-density (load-reducing) fill for applications such as behind retaining walls, at bridge approaches, over culverts and under roadways, and over poor soils, to name just a few.

Limitations: Khodiyar Infratech is applied according to manufacturers or applicator's recommendations for floor, roof, and geotechnical fill installations. Other uses should be carefully analyzed before application to insure that the material satisfies the intended requirements.

Technical Data ::

The specific mix designs may be customized for cast densities ranging from 20 pcf to 120 pcf.

The discrete cell structure of Khodiyar Infratech results in lower water absorption than concretes with interconnecting cells or concretes made with expanded aggregates. Khodiyar Infratech concrete requires only about one-fourth the mix water of expanded aggregate concretes. Its water/cement ratio is similar to that of standard concrete.

ACI formulas for lightweight concretes apply for all ranges of Khodiyar Infratech Concrete with appropriate substitution for compressive strength (f’c) and density (w).

Khodiyar Infratech may be customized through mix designs to include fly ash, lightweight aggregates, fibers and other additives for specialized performance of the standard mixes.

Khodiyar Infratech is generally site batched, mixed and pumped into place. The cast density is checked periodically. Specific application requirements are outlined in floor fill, roof deck, and geotechnical fill literature.

Khodiyar Infratech is available through certified Khodiyar Infratech applicators. Call the Khodiyar Infratech Corporation of America for the location of your nearest applicator. The local applicator provides information on installation costs and operating procedures.

FLY ASH BRICKS MACHINE

We are one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of Fly Ash Brick Machines that can be availed by clients at industry leading prices. Before developing these machines, we have tried out various plants. Our dissatisfaction with all those products have resulted into our coming up with this upgraded range of machines. At that point of time, there were no plants, which could meet every requirement of a brick plant. The imported plants however are more costly and are not economical for brick production. Brick industry in India is conventional and is not updated as per current market needs. After analyzing these problems, we have come up with our own brand of brick making machines. We give support to various organizations to install and utilise this brick making plant and also offer the following services:

Ø  Raw material survey & procurement system
